AudioSupermarket's Shipping Policy

At AudioSupermarket, Shipping and Handling charges won't spoil the value of online shopping.  Our shipping charges are extremely reasonable. 

Orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of the receipt of your order.

We will supply you with tracking information for your package once it has shipped.  Customers who placed their order with an account may also log in to check their order status.

AudioSupermarket/’s 30-day No-Hassle Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to make your shopping experience with us worry-free, convenient, and fun. Above all else, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase from AudioSupermarket.com, items purchased from us are easily returned within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting our Returns Department (please see “How to Return Items,” below). These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Computer software must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number (please see “How to Return Items,” below).

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any item that is damaged due to improper return packaging.

If you received a damaged or defective item, the item may be returned to us with an RA within 30 days for a full refund of the item purchase price. If you desire a replacement item, it will be shipped for free (via the original shipping method you selected, and provided the replacement item is in stock) within 7 to 14 business days business days of the receipt of your return.

Shipping costs for returned goods are at the expense of the customer.

How to Return Items
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number, which must be written clearly on the outside of the box (not on the retail packaging!). Packages received without a valid RA on them are ineligible for refund and will not be accepted. RA’s must be requested within 30 days of the receipt of shipment.

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Contact our Returns Department for an RA and shipping label.
2. Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
3. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. In large lettering, write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box (not on the shipping label).
4. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.

Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Department are valid for domestic returns only.

Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AudioSupermarket, and returned with an RA issued by our Returns Department.

Please do not send us items without an RA, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and will not accept packages without a valid RA on the outside. We do not issue refunds for any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

    • your order number
    • the billing name and address used when placing the order
    • the name of the item you wish to return
    • the reason for the return
    • a phone number where you can be reached (optional)
  • We attempt to respond to all RA requests within the same business day, however, it may take up to 5 business days to process an RA request during high volume sales periods.
  • When you receive your RA number, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Package your return item carefully, and be sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and being sure to write your RA number on the outside of the package. We will not issue refunds on items that are returned to us improperly packaged, or that are returned incomplete. Please note that software may be retuned only if unopened (with its plastic wrap intact). Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the initial shipment to receive a refund.
